Zack Allen

President, CEO, and Flooring Consultant

With us since April 1991, Zack has dedicated his entire career to the family business. He loves helping people transform their homes and businesses, whether fixing up property to sell, managing rentals, or selecting dream flooring for new homes. Outside work, Zack is a proud father of two daughters and an avid Nashville Predators fan. He's also passionate about poker, particularly Texas Hold 'Em, and enjoys traveling to tournaments.

Judson Allen

General Manager

Judson joined our team in September 2014. He finds great satisfaction in witnessing the before-and-after transformations of clients' homes and the joy it brings them. In his spare time, Judson enjoys attending concerts, watching the Predators and Titans, and traveling with his two kids.

Chris Graves

Director of Operations

With us since January 2018, Chris appreciates working under Zach Allen and loves the sense of accomplishment from seeing happy customers from start to finish. He enjoys spending time with his daughter and dreams of traveling to Japan one day.

Jenna Allen

Business Development

As part of our team since May 2015, Jenna has focused on growing community awareness and meeting new people. She's a college sports enthusiast and cherishes family time when not at work.

Emory Kincaid

Flooring Consultant

Emory joined us in November 2015 and excels at collaborating with customers to transform houses into dream homes. Outside work, he leads a rich life that includes farming, treasure hunting at estate sales, umpiring baseball, and supporting various sports teams. He holds a fine arts degree and dreams of visiting Alaska.

Joyce Cole

Interior Designer

Joyce has been with us since May 2018. She brings laughter to her work through interactions with great customers. She's a huge SEC Football fan and a mother of two.

Stephanie Osbourne

Interior Design and Sales Professional

Stephanie joined our team in February 2024. She brings over 30 years of experience in the flooring and design industry. She's passionate about helping clients create beautiful spaces. At home, she's a proud mother of two who enjoys cooking and spending time with her family at dinner.

Marycaitlynn Bush

Kitchen and Bath Designer

Our newest team member since August 2024, Marycaitlynn, appreciates the warm, supportive BACO family atmosphere. She enjoys relaxing on her patio, spending time with her daughter, rollerblading, biking, and practicing yoga in her free time.

Rocky Owens

Warehouse Staff

Rocky started with us in August 2021. He values the job flexibility that allows him to balance work with family time. Outside work, he enjoys watching his kids play sports and spending time with his wife, Amanda.

CRI Certified Technician

Since July 2021, Jed has been part of our team, delivering high-quality work and ensuring customer satisfaction. He enjoys building and playing with computers video games, and watching college sports in his spare time.
